I didn't buy lunch today, it was company paid for. I don't think that warrants and extra dollar. I also didn't get any walking in b/c I got out of work late last night and had to give ds a bath so no time before bedtime. Tonight I had to pick up DH from the airport. I doubt I'll get a walk in tomorrow b/c we will have guests from out of town.
However, I've had 2 no spend days in a row!!

I just wanted to tell you how much I admire you. Keep it up! You are inspiring me and others. I am a college student and will get married next year, 5 months before graduation. I am willing to sacrifice for my dreams and have turned to a very simple life style (basics only). Thus far I have accumulated savings well in the five digit range (with no student loans to pay off), but planning to go even further. I’m also looking forward to starting a family before my thirties, so it is a motivation to me. Many people chuckle at my idea (esp. in college but beyond) because it is so anti- emancipated (the classical path). But I do not let them influence me, my future husband is also from a very family- oriented background. I am just trying to make wise decisions financially and prepare for the future.
